January 2025 – The Urban Vineyards Association continues to expand its global network with the addition of three new members: Eichhorn Winery in Vienna, Studley Park Vineyard in Melbourne, and Vinhedo Lacustre in Brasília.
With these new additions, the Association now spans 10 countries across 4 continents, for a total of 21 urban vineyards.
“Urban vineyards are a growing global trend, and nearly every country with suitable conditions for viticulture will have some within its cities,” said Nicola Purrello, President of U.V.A. “Expanding into new countries and continents is essential to our mission of connecting these rare yet valuable vineyards, often nestled and hidden within urban landscapes.”
