A medical doctor by profession, he transformed a 40-acre property into a sustainable winemaking project focused on handcrafted Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Malbec, cultivated on steep slopes with low yields and innovative techniques.
With a limited production of around 100 cases per year, York offers exclusive wines that capture the distinctive character of the Los Angeles terroir, blending scientific precision, environmental respect, and a passion for winemaking excellence.
