Ron and Miriam Eichorn, a filmmaker and a painter, entered the world of wine a few years ago after purchasing a vineyard. What began as a simple experiment soon turned into a true passion.
Fascinated by life among the vines and the work in the cellar, they chose to produce natural wines with minimal intervention, personally overseeing every stage—from pruning to harvest to bottling. Their approach balances simplicity and refinement, yet their wines also reflect the complexity of the terroir and the character of each vintage. If their wines were actors, they say, they’d be like Sophia Loren or Philippe Noiret: intense, elegant, never ordinary.
